A tree doesn't wait for business hours. Straight-line winds in the spring and ice loading in January both have a way of dropping a limb or a whole pine right when you least expect it, and usually right on top of something you care about.

What happens when you call
We ask a few quick questions: is anyone hurt, is the tree touching a power line, is it actively moving. If a line is involved we tell you to stay back and we contact the utility ourselves rather than touching anything near a wire.
Once we're on-site, the first priority is stabilizing the situation, getting weight off a roof or vehicle safely, then full removal and cleanup once it's secure.
Insurance documentation
We photograph the damage and the tree before we cut anything and give you a detailed invoice that breaks out labor, equipment, and disposal. That paperwork is what most homeowner's policies want to process a claim, and we've done enough of these to know what adjusters look for.
Tarping and temporary protection
If a tree opened up your roof and it's going to be a day or two before a roofer can get out, we can tarp the exposed area as part of the emergency call so rain doesn't do a second round of damage.
