We're careful with fences, gardens, sprinkler lines, and driveways when moving equipment and debris. If access is tight, we'll walk the site with you beforehand to figure out the safest path in and out.

For landlords with rentals near campus, we can coordinate directly with a property manager or the landlord rather than requiring a tenant to be present, and provide documentation for lease or insurance purposes.
